You will support the clinic care team by handling phone contacts for registration, scheduling, and call routing, while ensuring efficient operations and a one-call-to-resolution approach.

The role requires at least 1 year of customer service experience, a high school diploma, and strong typing (35+ WPM).

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• 1 year customer service experience required.
• Minimum of 6 months scheduling/registration experience preferred.
• Call center experience preferred.
• Typing test minimum 35+ WPM required.
• Experience in health care setting preferred.
• Understanding of HIPAA.
• Skilled in MS Office products.

Responsibilities

• Provide unmatched customer service in a call-center like environment.
• Manage phone contact for registration, scheduling, and call routing/navigating to clinic care teams.
• Proactive problem solving to ensure One Call One Resolution or soft handoff when appropriate.
