Alorica is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support healthcare clients from a home-based US home office. This full-time role involves guiding customers, actively listening, and updating records while offering solutions and opportunities for additional services.

Responsibilities include documenting calls, maintaining data accuracy, and recommending suitable services to improve the overall experience.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
6+ months of customer service or sales experience preferred.
Work at home environment must be a private residence and match the address on file.
Must be comfortable using company‑issued equipment such as a webcam, if applicable.
Internet/broadband connection required (DSL or Cable). Satellite, dial-up, or 5G wireless not accepted.
Proof of minimum download speed 10 Mbps and upload speed 3 Mbps.
