Job summary

UnitedHealth Group is seeking a Senior Customer Service Representative to deliver an exceptional experience to 45 to 65 callers per day in a remote CST/MST setting. You will support members with benefits, eligibility, and billing inquiries while assisting teammates as a subject matter expert.

This full-time role offers 12 weeks of training and ongoing development within a values-driven culture focused on health outcomes and patient care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of work at home experience.
• 1+ years of experience in a call center position.
• Ability to work full-time 40 hours/week during CST/MST business hours.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Review and research healthcare claim calls from providers, verifying data for processing.
• Ask questions and document information in computer systems.
• Communicate with providers to resolve issues clearly and simply.
• Meet performance goals for efficiency, accuracy, quality and attendance.
• Answer incoming calls from members and determine the type of assistance needed.
