Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with assigned customers and provide trusted consultation.
• Cold call outside assigned accounts to generate leads for ASP products and services.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to tailor solutions, including product demos and training.
• Assist in developing strategic account plans to drive revenue growth.
• Provide hands-on support to ensure optimal utilization of products and services.
• Coordinate with internal teams to address inquiries and ensure seamless experiences.
• Support projects such as new product launches and process improvements.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
