Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1 year customer service experience required.
• Minimum of 6 months scheduling and/or registration experience preferred.
• Call center experience preferred.
• Typing speed minimum 35+ WPM.
• Experience in health care setting preferred.
• Understanding of HIPAA.
• Independent problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office products.

Responsibilities

• Provide unmatched customer service to North Memorial customers and staff in a call-center like environment.
• Manage phone contact to deliver efficient, customer-centered services that meet or exceed expectations.
• Support registration, scheduling, and call routing/navigating for the clinic care team.
• Proactively solve problems to ensure One Call One Resolution or soft handoffs when appropriate.
