BAYADA Home Health Care, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate to support our Home Health Sales team in the Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania area.

This remote-based role is ideal for new grads or individuals starting in healthcare sales and marketing, with opportunities to learn our business and grow into more senior sales roles. The associate will handle a range of administrative sales and marketing tasks, supporting the area sales team by processing referrals from various sources and coordinating with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, Sales/Referral Management experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting, home health care preferred.
• Experience with health system / referral management is a plus.
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects and take on responsibility.
• Strong English reading/writing and communication skills.
• Interpersonal skills and goal achievement are important.
• Ambition to grow and advance beyond current position.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and communicate BAYADA's core values.
• Partner with sales team to build relationships with referral sources and health professionals.
• Review and compile documentation to transition care or initiate care as ordered.
• Coordinate with the service office to set up services ordered by the physician.
• Collaborate with Transitional Care Manager, Marketing Manager, and Directors on shared accounts.
• Participate in weekly sales meetings.
• Demonstrate solid performance or exceed standards.
• Perform related duties as requested by Supervisor.
