BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring a Sales Associate to support the Raleigh-Winston Community Sales team. The role is ideal for new grads or those entering Healthcare Sales, offering learning opportunities and growth into sales roles in a caring, professional environment.

The position supports a hybrid work arrangement with travel for meetings and training, focusing on processing a high volume of phone referrals from local hospital systems and coordinating with the area sales team.

Qualifications

• Two years of sales and/or marketing experience; home health care preferred.
• EPIC experience is a plus.
• Strong phone and data entry skills.

Responsabilités

• Demonstrate BAYADA values and build relationships with referral sources.
• Review and compile documentation to transition care as ordered by a physician.
• Manage referrals that are phoned-in and coordinate services with the office.
• Collaborate with the Transitional Care Manager, Marketing Manager, and Directors on key accounts.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and perform related duties as assigned.
