Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a 7 day/week staff across patient access, registration, scheduling, cash posting, cashiering and reconciliation.
• Oversee financial counseling, charity care, self-pay monitoring and referral to collection agencies.
• Manage the patient call center for inquiries, payments and general assistance; oversee correspondence and mail/scanning workflows.
• Identify trends, prepare reports, and support leadership with continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform staff training, performance evaluations, and ensure Xtend policies and procedures are followed.
