Customer Service Team Lead
Lead and coach a customer service team to meet quality and productivity goals, support staff with system and telephony issues, monitor performance and conduct monthly 1:1s, resolve and escalates issues that affect operations or client satisfaction, ensure HIPAA and compliance adherence, partner with internal departments and clients to ensure top‑tier service.
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or GED required; additional education is a plus.
- 2–5 years of healthcare revenue cycle experience (required).
- 2+ years in a lead or supervisory role (preferred).
- EPIC experience strongly preferred.
- Proven experience working with multiple systems and databases in a fast‑paced setting.
Additional Notes
- Hours: Monday‑Friday, various shifts (8am‑5pm, 9am‑6pm, 10am‑7pm, 11am‑8pm).
- Fast‑paced, high‑volume role with multiple systems and patient inquiries daily. Lead will support team success and collaborate with colleagues to improve service delivery.
