Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking a Recruiter II to join our Talent Acquisition Team in a remote role requiring residency in KY or IN. The recruiter will source candidates, screen resumes, schedule interviews, extend offers, and manage onboarding for new hires across the systems services center.

This is a highly independent position handling complex technical and business matters. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and 7+ years of recruiting/HR experience, preferably in

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field required.
• 7+ years experience in Recruiting/HR in a corporate or staffing agency setting required. 4 additional years of experience can be substituted for degree.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and HR systems required.
• Experience with handling multiple priorities/projects, working with sensitive data/situations and using solid problem-solving and decision-making skills are imperative.

Responsibilities

• Sources candidates via recruiting websites, referrals, on-site recruiting, search firms and other sourcing methods.
• Develops job advertisements and screens resumes/applications.
• Contacts candidates to ascertain fit and schedules interviews.
• Extends offers and negotiates compensation; initiates onboarding for new hires.
• Ensures assigned positions are filled efficiently and effectively; works independently on complex technical and business matters.
