Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a medical office, health plan or hospital environment performing clerical supportive duties.
• Managed care experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite: Word, Outlook, Excel, Access.
• High School Diploma or GED; Associate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect data for QM initiatives and maintain related databases.
• Outreach to Providers to ensure regulatory compliance is maintained.
• Coordinate activities with Providers, External Vendors or Internal Departments as needed.
