Alignment Health is seeking a Quality Management Coordinator in California to support the Quality Management department with data collection, outreach to Providers, and data-driven reporting efforts. This role emphasizes collaboration with providers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities include data aggregation, charting, and maintaining databases, while supporting medical record retrieval and patient safety initiatives.

Competenze

• Experience: 1+ year in a medical office, health plan or hospital environment performing clerical duties.
• MS Office proficiency: Word, Outlook, Excel, Access.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to work independently and in a team.

Mansioni

• Collect data for QM initiatives and maintain databases and logs.
• Coordinate outreach with Providers, External Vendors or Internal Departments to ensure compliance.
• Aggregate data, analyze results, and generate charts, graphs and reports.
• Assist in obtaining medical records to support quality reviews and patient safety efforts.
• Perform related duties and special projects as assigned.
