Alignment Health in Sacramento is seeking a Quality Management Coordinator to support the quality management team with data collection, reporting, and project coordination. You will work with providers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure regulatory compliance and patient safety.

The role requires 1+ year in a medical office or health plan, MS Office skills, HIPAA knowledge, and strong communication. A high school diploma is required, with an associate degree preferred.

• Responsible for data collection related to QM initiatives.
• Performs outreach to Providers to ensure regulatory required compliance is maintained.
• Coordinates and conducts activities with Providers, External Vendors or Internal Departments as needed.
• Aggregates data and initial analysis of results on assigned projects.
• Produces charts, graphs, and reports to demonstrate results and outcomes.
