Job summary

HealthBay is seeking a dynamic Healthcare Project Manager to oversee key initiatives across our healthcare operations. You will lead cross-functional teams, develop detailed project plans, manage risks, and ensure regulatory compliance during project delivery.

The role reports to the Director of Healthcare Operations. A Bachelor’s in a related field is required, with 5+ years of healthcare PM experience and PMP certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or Master’s preferred
• 5+ years of project management experience in healthcare
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• PMP or certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver complex healthcare projects on time and within budget
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
• Serve as main point of contact for stakeholders with clear communication and updates
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, and administrative teams for successful implementation
• Prepare and present project reports to senior leadership
• Ensure projects comply with healthcare regulations and best practices
