Job summary

Apex Systems is seeking a Project Manager to support the Executive Team by guiding projects from concept through final implementation. You will work with end users, sponsors and senior leadership to define scope, develop plans, and deliver high-quality results.

Responsibilities include analysis, presentation preparation, and timely reporting. A Bachelor's in healthcare administration or related field is required, with Master’s preferred and at least 1 year of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health care administration or related field, or equivalent years of experience.
• Master's degree preferred.
• One year of relevant experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects from concept to implementation with executive oversight.
• Develop scope, detailed work plans, schedules, resource plans and status reports.
• Prepare presentation-ready materials for leadership recommendations.
• Attend meetings and track progress; ensure quality standards across deliverables.
• Respond to ad-hoc data requests and support strategic decision making.
• Collaborate with end users, sponsors and senior leadership to satisfy project goals.
