The role may be remote with travel as needed and requires 5+ years in program management, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of program management experience.
• Proven track record managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong leadership to manage teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in project management tools and healthcare compliance knowledge.
• Ability to analyze data and drive program improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of assigned programs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Develop and implement training programs to upskill staff.
• Monitor program performance data and implement corrective actions.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies.
• Prepare and present reports to senior management on performance and opportunities.
