Job summary
Bellese Technologies is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead software teams delivering healthcare-focused CMS solutions. You will guide development, enforce best practices, and partner with product managers to achieve strategic goals.
You will manage personnel, grow talent, and drive architectural decisions while maintaining high engineering standards in a remote-first environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Strong SDLC and Agile understanding.
- Experience leading software engineering teams.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead one or more software engineering teams and foster continuous improvement.
- Handle hiring, performance management, and team building.
- Oversee design, development, and delivery of high-quality software.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to align with product vision.
- Provide coaching and career development.
- Contribute to architecture decisions and code reviews.
- Participate in resource planning and recruitment.
- Foster inclusive, collaborative culture.
