Job summary

Sentara Health in Virginia Beach, VA remote-friendly role seeks a Procurement Specialist to handle end-to-end procure-to-pay processes for medical supplies, equipment, and services. You will advise internal customers on Workday ERP policies and options, ensuring accurate pricing and timely order status.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of healthcare purchasing experience and solid ERP/Workday proficiency.

Qualifications

• Associate’s level degree or higher (Preferred).
• 3 years healthcare purchasing agent experience (Required).
• 3 years Healthcare Procurement Software Systems/ERP (Required).

Responsibilities

• Process purchase orders for general medical supplies, clinical supplies, equipment and services.
• Provide guidance on ERP system policies (Workday) and purchasing options to internal customers.
• Manage end-to-end procure-to-pay process and communicate order status and pricing for complex purchases.
