Sentara Health is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist III in Virginia Beach, VA for a full-time, on-site role with strong benefits. You will manage day-to-day stock control across Sentara hospitals, ensuring adequate on-hand inventory to meet demand and support patient care.

Required: basic Excel with pivot tables, familiarity with Power Query, and ~3 years Purchasing/Buyer experience; healthcare supply chain experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Basic Excel proficiency including refreshing pivot tables and data filtering.
• Familiarity with Power Query preferred.
• Ability to follow documented steps to refresh and validate reports.
• Critical thinking and analytical thinking are required.
• 3 years Purchasing/Buyer experience preferred.
• Supply Chain Healthcare experience highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day stock control tasks to support hospital needs.
• Work with Stock Control Team to ensure adequate stock on-hand to meet demand and patient care expectations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
