Job summary

Centene Corporation is seeking a remote candidate in the United States to identify and implement enterprise-wide process improvement activities using Lean/Six Sigma, PDSA or similar methodologies. This role supports healthcare infrastructure and procurement of new business opportunities.

Applicants should have a Six Sigma Green Belt and 4+ years in healthcare process improvement, with a schedule primarily Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm; occasional weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of LEAN, Six Sigma or similar process improvement experience within healthcare.
• Working knowledge of process mapping and design, statistical applications and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Support development, prioritization and execution of performance improvement projects using LEAN/Six Sigma, PDSA or similar methodologies.
• Assist with implementation and training of functional areas regarding process engineering maintenance plans and staff trainings to improve effectiveness.
• Collect, monitor and evaluate project KPIs and develop project status reports.
• Facilitate cross-functional improvement teams following DMAIC roadmap or similar improvement process.
• Communicate gaps in process designs and implementations to upper management.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Complies with all policies and standards.
