Qualifications

• :Strong knowledge of workflow mapping, process analysis, process improvement, and operational standardization.
• :Experience supporting system transitions, operational readiness, testing, implementation planning, or enterprise initiatives.
• :Ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans, requirements, and measurable outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Lead planning and execution of strategic clinical operations initiatives that support enterprise goals and operational readiness.
• Establish and maintain consistent communication channels across internal teams and business partners.
• Lead process optimization efforts to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability across clinical operations.
• Provide procurement and contract management oversight for clinical enablement-related vendors, services, and deliverables.
• Manage change order processes, including impact assessment, stakeholder communication, and implementation coordination.
