TeamBuilder is seeking an Operations Analyst to join a rapidly growing healthcare SaaS company. This fully remote role blends healthcare operations, data analytics, and platform configuration to optimize workforce, scheduling, and performance for healthcare organizations.

The ideal candidate understands clinical workflows, labor systems, client data, and SaaS implementation, translating complex realities into actionable TeamBuilder configurations and scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in healthcare operations, analytics, consulting, healthcare technology, implementation, or related field.
• Experience with healthcare SaaS, workforce management, scheduling, clinical operations, or healthcare analytics.
• Ability to understand product functionality, data requirements, configuration options, and client workflows.
• Strong experience with client data, validation, interpretation, and operational decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Assess clinical workflows, staffing models, scheduling practices, and operational constraints.
• Partner with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to clarify requirements, pain points, and priorities.
• Identify opportunities to improve staffing, scheduling, capacity utilization, and workflow efficiency.
• Analyze workforce, scheduling, patient volume, productivity, utilization, labor cost, and capacity data.
