Job summary
FullStack is seeking a Healthcare Data and Analytics Specialist to join our remote team serving clients across the Americas. You will work in either Team Augmentation or Design & Build, applying healthcare data expertise to deliver analytics that drive client value.
The role requires 5+ years in software engineering, data analysis, or data operations, a four-year degree, advanced English, and strong SQL skills.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software engineering, data analysis, or data operations experience.
- Advanced English is required.
- Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
- Deep experience with healthcare data including claims, enrollment, or payer/TPA/PBM benefits.
- Strong SQL for joining datasets, validating data, and building analytical logic.
- Experience with healthcare data validation, data quality monitoring, and data ops workflows.
- Familiarity with HIPAA, PHI protections, and healthcare data security controls.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with client teams in augmentation or design & build modes.
- Create recurring analytical reports, data dictionaries, and metric definitions.
- Investigate data issues and trace discrepancies across data ecosystems.
- Ensure CI/CD delivery of data applications and secure data practices.
