Job summary

FullStack is seeking a Healthcare Data and Analytics Specialist to join our team. You will work with clients in a team augmentation or design & build capacity to deliver data-driven healthcare solutions.

You should have 5+ years in software/data roles, strong SQL, and deep healthcare data experience, including claims and PHI regulations. This is a 100% remote position with opportunities to work on large, complex systems and Agile teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering, data analysis, or data operations experience.
• Advanced English is required.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
• Deep experience with healthcare data including medical/pharmacy claims, eligibility, enrollment, or payer/TPA/PBM benefits.
• Expertise in using SQL to join datasets, investigate discrepancies, and create maintainable analytical logic.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, PHI regulations, and healthcare data security controls.
• Experience with data validation, reconciliation, data quality monitoring, and data operations workflows.
• Experience with CI/CD for applications.
• Agile/Scrum experience.
• Experience on large, complex systems.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with client teams as part of team augmentation or design & build on FullStack products.
• Analyze healthcare data including claims and eligibility to derive insights.
• Create recurring analytical reports, data dictionaries, and metric definitions for clients or executives.
• Investigate data issues and trace discrepancies through stages of the data ecosystem.
• Collaborate with designers and engineers to deliver data-driven solutions.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and contribute to libraries as needed.
