Kaizo Health is seeking an energetic Office Manager to lead our administrative division across four DC-area clinics. This role blends analytics, operations, and people-focused leadership to streamline scheduling, credentialing, and communications.

You will oversee vendor relationships, improve data reporting, and support revenue-related processes while traveling between clinics. This role offers growth toward a Director of Operations position within Kaizo Health and a strong team-driven culture.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling and rescheduling across 4 DC-area clinics.
• Coordinate communication via Kaizenovate app, Reviewwave, and RingCentral.
• Oversee credentialing processes, CAQH updates, and payer interactions.
• Run reports on patient engagements and service metrics.
• Manage inventories and timely ordering of clinic supplies.
• Review re-exams and ensure proper billing.
• Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, and CEO; drive improvements.
