This role emphasizes leading technical initiatives and maintaining mission-critical applications while collaborating across departments and vendors. The position offers a 12-month engagement with W2 employment and requires the ability to provide 24/7 on-call

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare technology environments.
• Experience with both custom-developed and vendor-supplied applications.
• Strong communication, facilitation and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex tasks and projects concurrently.
• Demonstrated project management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate alternative technical approaches and present recommendations to teams and leadership.
• Review, modify, and update applications to ensure currency and functionality within the established environment.
• Maintain and support multiple systems or complex software applications and hardware across sites.
• Produce and maintain documentation including system requirements, designs, inventories, and plans.
• Provide technical and project leadership; work independently to accomplish objectives.
• Collaborate across departments to gain stakeholder consensus.
• Interface with vendor and external support teams to escalate outages or degraded performance.
• Serve as liaison to internal departments and vendors to support computing systems.
• Engage in virtual collaboration with colleagues across locations to meet responsibilities.
• Provide 24/7 on-call support as required.
