Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in customer-facing project delivery or coordination in technology or professional services.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities and tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational and planning capabilities with on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery for small to medium customer implementations.
• Serve as primary project contact, maintaining transparent communication and proactive issue resolution.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation including plans and risk assessments.
• Coordinate cross-department activities and manage escalations to ensure seamless delivery.
• Monitor budgets and resources to keep projects within approved financial parameters.
