Job summary

You will act as the primary project contact, coordinating resources, managing schedules, and maintaining documentation while collaborating across departments to meet customer expectations. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer-facing project delivery roles.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational and planning capabilities with proven track record.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• CAPM or ability to obtain within 12 months of hire.
• Experience with healthcare IT implementations or enterprise software deployments.
• Familiarity with Agile or other project management methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery for small to medium customer implementation projects, managing schedules, coordinating Professional Services resources, and ensuring on-time, on-budget completion.
• Serve as the primary project contact for customers, fostering relationships through transparent communication and regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation including plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and risk assessments.
• Collaborate across departments to coordinate implementation activities and resolve escalations.
• Manage project financial performance by tracking budgets and resource allocation within approved parameters.
