Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery for healthcare IT implementations (radiology/cardiology).
• Serve as primary customer contact and trusted advisor throughout project lifecycle.
• Coordinate Professional Services resources across implementation teams and maintain comprehensive project docs.
• Mentor Project Manager I and II, sharing best practices and customer relationship development.
• Lead internal transformation and standardization initiatives under PMO leadership to improve delivery.
