Job summary

ManpowerGroup seeks a Project Manager for its healthcare technology client to lead IT project delivery across facility construction initiatives. This remote (U.S.) role will drive complex deployments, coordinate 30+ applications, and report to executives, leveraging PMO and PMI-based practices.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in IT project management, 3+ years in healthcare, and strong cross-functional leadership with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum of 10 years of IT Project Management experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of healthcare industry experience.
• Proven ability to manage large, complex, cross-functional programs.
• Experience in healthcare, regulatory, clinical, or enterprise environments with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead application-focused projects supporting new healthcare facility construction and expansion initiatives.
• Drive project execution to meet aggressive timelines, milestones, and budget objectives.
• Coordinate activities across 30+ applications, clinical, and technology teams.
• Utilize ServiceNow PPM, Google Workspace, and other PM tools to track progress, deliverables, and reporting.
• Develop and maintain project documentation and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
