LEAD North is a 100% remote healthcare interoperability consulting firm focused on helping our healthcare clients improve patient care. We leverage InterSystems products and a deep understanding of HL7, IHE, FHIR, C‑CDA, and X12 standards to build scalable, secure integrations and solutions.

The Healthcare Integration Engineer role blends technical InterSystems expertise with strong communication to design, implement, and maintain interfaces, data mappings, and workflows across EHRs and HIE

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field or equivalent experience.
Hands-on InterSystems product experience (HealthShare, Health Connect, IRIS for Health).
Knowledge of HL7, IHE, FHIR, C-CDA and X12 interoperability standards.
Understanding healthcare IT landscapes including EHRs and HIEs.
Ability to design technical solutions and document flows and data mappings.
Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
