Job summary

Junction is hiring an integration-focused professional to own end-to-end lab certifications and automate partner workflows. You’ll work closely with Quest, LabCorp, and other partners, writing scripts and building tests to ensure data lands correctly in our system.

You’ll automate repetitive tasks, run SQL and scripting in Python/JavaScript, and drive ownership of certification processes while collaborating with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Implementation or integrations experience: 2+ years running implementations, integrations, or technical support for an API-based or similarly technical product.
• Ecosystem thinking: you've worked somewhere with an active network of partners and integrations.
• Technically minded: you can make code changes and ship fixes yourself — in a script, a database query, or an API integration.
• Hands-on scripting: you're comfortable writing SQL and scripting in Python or JavaScript.
• AI-native: you already use AI tools every day and have built them into workflows.
• Project management: you can keep dozens of things moving at once without anything slipping.
• High ownership: you see a problem and solve it next, reducing manual work.
• Dependable with partners: you're clear, organized, and responsive with outside contacts.
• Nice to have: experience with lab or healthcare data (HL7, results interfaces, EMRs), SQL, or scripting in Python or JavaScript.

Responsibilities

• Own lab certifications end-to-end: manage requests from Quest and LabCorp, build tests, run cases, and move accounts forward.
• Keep ~30 accounts moving at once and chase stuck items proactively.
• Be the go-to person for lab partners: coordinate test cases and resolve issues with Quest, LabCorp, and others.
• Push automation further: replace manual certification steps with scripts and agents to reduce manual work.
• Get hands-on with data: run scripts, inspect API responses, and debug HL7 changes when results land inconsistently.
• Run other partner processes: set up lab accounts, track pricing, and keep teams updated.
• Keep customers informed: maintain docs explaining certification and account setup to customers and sales.
• Find the next process to fix: identify repetitive lab workflows and justify automation.
