Job summary

Junction is building the infrastructure layer for diagnostic healthcare, connecting digital health companies to labs. We’re hiring an Integration/Automation Specialist to lead end-to-end lab certifications and automate partner workflows with SQL, Python, and JavaScript.

You’ll work closely with lab partners, drive dozens of automations, and push the boundary of how data moves from Quest, LabCorp, and others into our system.

Qualifications

• Implementation or integrations experience with API-based products.
• 2+ years in implementations, integrations, or technical support.
• Ability to write and ship code without constant engineering review.
• Hands-on scripting in SQL, Python, or JavaScript.
• AI-enabled workflow integration experience.

Responsibilities

• Own lab certifications end-to-end for Quest and LabCorp.
• Keep ~30 certifications moving at once.
• Be the go-to partner contact for test cases and issues.
• Push automation with scripts and agents to reduce manual work.
• Investigate data issues in backend, run scripts, HL7 tweaks.
• Set up lab accounts, track pricing requests, inform team.
• Maintain certification docs for customers and sales.
• Identify further processes to automate.
