Job summary

Junction is seeking an integrations-focused Solutions Engineer to automate lab certifications and partner workflows. You’ll own end-to-end certification processes with Quest, LabCorp, and other partners, building scripts and test plans to scale this work.

You’ll code in SQL and scripting languages (Python/JavaScript), leverage AI tools to streamline tasks, and manage dozens of activities across labs in a remote, time-zone aware environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in implementations, integrations, or technical support for API-based products.
• Experience working with a network of partners and integrations.
• Ability to ship code changes directly in scripts or queries.

Responsibilities

• Own lab certifications end-to-end with Quest and LabCorp.
• Keep ~30 certifications moving simultaneously and accountable.
• Be the go-to for lab partners with reliable, organized communication.
• Push automation further by building scripts and agents to reduce manual work.
• Analyze backend data and API responses to fix misalignments.
