Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or related field and 2 years of project management or business analysis experience.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Strong interpersonal communication and ability to drive solutions for complex business needs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver assigned tasks from initiation through closure, including scope definition, requirements development, issue resolution, testing, and go-live planning.
• Support Business Integration team on implementation activities to facilitate workstream delivery.
• Assist project team in addressing client outlier requests and areas needing additional oversight.
• Identify project tasks, resources, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Contribute to process documentation and best practices for the portfolio.
• Other duties as assigned.
