Job summary

Prime Therapeutics is seeking a Business Integration Consultant to manage small to medium client and product implementations, combining project management, business analysis, and client engagement.

The role supports the Business Integration team with implementation activities, identifies risks and dependencies, and helps document best practices across the portfolio. This position offers remote work options within the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related area, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of project management or business analysis or relevant work experience.
• Eligibility to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, conflict resolution and meeting facilitation.
• Ability to drive solutions for complex business needs across operations and technology.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver tasks from initiation to closure, including scope, requirements, testing and go-live planning.
• Support Business Integration team on implementation activities to facilitate workstream delivery.
• Aid project team in finding solutions for client requests and areas needing oversight.
• Identify project tasks, milestones, dependencies, and resources.
• Contribute to process documentation and best practices for the portfolio.
