Job summary

Prime Therapeutics is seeking a Business Integration Consultant to drive outcomes through a blend of project management, business analysis, and client engagement. This remote role focuses on small to medium client and product implementations and ongoing initiatives.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree in business or related field, 2 years of PM/BA experience, and eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship. Healthcare or PBM exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED required
• 2 years of project management or business analysis or relevant work experience
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver assigned tasks from initiation through closure, including scope definition, requirements development, issue resolution, risk mitigation, testing, readiness, and go-live planning
• Support Business Integration team on implementation activities to facilitate workstream delivery
• Assist project team in solving client outlier requests and areas needing oversight
• Identify project tasks, resources, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies
• Contribute to process documentation and best practices for the portfolio
• Other duties as assigned
