Job summary

Prime Therapeutics is seeking a Business Integration Consultant to drive client implementations, analysis, and initiatives through a blend of project management, business analysis, and client engagement. This remote role supports our business integration efforts and requires collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include managing scope, requirements, risk mitigation, testing, and go-live readiness, while contributing to process documentation and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent experience; HS diploma required.
• At least 2 years of project management or business analysis experience.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver tasks from initiation to closure with scope, requirements, testing, and go-live planning.
• Support Business Integration team on implementation activities.
• Assist with client requests and scope expansions requiring oversight.
• Identify tasks, resources, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Contribute to process documentation and best practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
