Job summary

Prime Therapeutics is seeking a Business Integration Consultant to drive client outcomes through a blend of project management, business analysis, and client engagement. This remote role will partner with healthcare teams to coordinate implementations from initiation to go-live and ensure solutions meet business needs.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree, 2 years of related experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED required
• 2 years of project management or business analysis or relevant work experience

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver assigned tasks from initiation to closure, including scope, requirements, testing and go-live planning.
• Support the Business Integration team on implementation activities to facilitate workstream delivery.
• Assist the project team in addressing client outlier requests and internal scope needs.
• Identify project tasks, resources, milestones, deliverables and dependencies.
• Contribute to process documentation and best practices for the portfolio.
• Other duties as assigned.
