Job summary

MANTECH seeks a motivated Integration Interoperability Lead to own enterprise healthcare integration across HL7, DICOM, DICOMweb and IHE standards, including VistA and Oracle EHR interfaces. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 10+ years in healthcare system integration or equivalent.
• Experience with HL7 v2, DICOM, DICOMweb and IHE profiles.
• Experience implementing DICOM routers, MWL, and MPI reconciliation workflows.
• Experience coordinating with biomedical/clinical engineering teams at acquisition-device edge.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, testing, and deployment of healthcare integration patterns across HL7, DICOM, DICOMweb and IHE.
• Own interface engine operations and data routing for VistA, Oracle Health, JLV, CCOW, and DoD/community health exchange.
• Oversee MPI/EDIPI/SSN identity reconciliation to ensure data integrity.
• Manage DICOM routing, MWL integration, and edge device connectivity across facilities.
• Coordinate with site transition leads and biomedical/clinical engineering teams for seamless modality integration.
• Direct interface troubleshooting, end-to-end integration testing, and issue resolution across multi-site environments.
