The candidate will design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise healthcare integrations using HL7, FHIR, XML, and JSON in an Agile DevSecOps environment. The role requires 5+ years of healthcare integration experience, strong HL7/FHIR expertise, and the ability to work across product teams, architects, and stakeholders while ensuring HIPAA compliance and

Qualifications

• 5+ years of healthcare integration experience.
• Extensive HL7 interfaces and FHIR API work.
• Experience in design-to-production lifecycle in Agile/DevSecOps.
• Government/federal experience or clearance ability.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and optimize enterprise integrations using HL7, FHIR, XML, JSON.
• Develop and maintain HL7 interfaces and FHIR APIs with data mapping and routing.
• Define interface requirements and implementation strategies with stakeholders.
• Translate architectures into scalable, secure production solutions.
• Establish integration standards, docs, and best practices for performance and security.
• Support CI/CD and DevSecOps for deployments and production support.
