Job summary

RevSpring is seeking an Implementation Consultant to work with our Solution Delivery teams to implement patient engagement and payment solutions. You will gather requirements, design configurations, and lead testing on assigned projects, ensuring successful client implementations.

You will collaborate with client stakeholders, RevSpring Solution Delivery, and other resources to define and deliver the RevSpring solution, drive best practices, and contribute to refining implementation collateral

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 2–4 years in software product implementations for healthcare revenue cycle management.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with clients and teams.

Job Title: Implementation Consultant

The Implementation Consultant works closely with other Solution Delivery colleagues to implement RevSpring patient engagement and payment solutions. He/she is responsible for selected requirements gathering, design, configuration, and testing activities on assigned projects. The role will collaborate with client SME’s/stakeholders, the RevSpring Solution Delivery team, and other matrixed project resources to define and deliver the client’s RevSpring solution. The role is expected to actively drive best practices, adhere to prescribed implementation methodologies, and provide inputs into enhancing Solution Delivery implementation processes and collateral.

The role will collaborate with client SME’s/stakeholders, the RevSpring Solution Delivery team, and other matrixed project resources to define and deliver the client’s RevSpring solution. The role is expected to actively drive best practices, adhere to prescribed implementation methodologies, and provide inputs into enhancing Solution Delivery implementation processes and collateral.

Essential Functions

• Serves as the Implementation Consultant for assigned product(s). Primary focus of the role is two-fold:
• Lead/perform requirements definition, solution design, configuration, and testing activities
• Provide project oversight/governance on selected single or multiproduct implementations
• Collaborates with Project Engineer, Solution Architects, Product Management, Support, Sales, and other Implementation Consultants on how to solve client business needs utilizing product base features
• Maintains a product focused discipline limiting custom configurations
• Configures RevSpring printed communication, digital delivery, and payment solutions according to best practices
• Works closely with the implementation team; keeping team members and stakeholders informed of the implementation status of projects/products they own
• Participates in Architecture Review sessions to understand the scope of client implementations, strategic client direction, and any outstanding business needs
• Creates onboarding materials, templates, and process documents to effectively and accurately scale the onboarding process of direct and partner clients for RevSpring solutions
• Provides guidance to Solution Support teams, as required, to triage complex issues
• Participates in transition meetings with Solution Support
• Maintains a strong working knowledge of RevSpring’s products, services, and systems
• Utilizes knowledge gained to offer direction/guidance to the team
• Advises colleagues on product functionality, customer workflows, and best practices for troubleshooting
• Actively participates in the development of the Solution Delivery implementation assets
• Introduces and utilizes best practices
• Expected to learn selected RevSpring solutions and develop a high degree of specialization in 2-4 product areas
• Completes assigned certification training courses

Education:

Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred

2-4 years’ experience in a software product implementations role within Healthcare and particularly revenue cycle management

Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations.
