Knowtion Health is seeking a Project Manager II, Implementation, to lead the successful deployment of our programs at client health systems. This remote role focuses on planning, documentation, communication, and risk management to ensure timely delivery and alignment with client expectations.

You will develop and manage comprehensive project plans, lead multiple concurrent implementations, and monitor milestones while mitigating risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years in healthcare or revenue cycle organizations.
• 3+ years in client-facing, technology-driven implementation or project management roles.

The Project Manager II, Implementation, is responsible for leading the successful implementation of Knowtion Health programs at client health systems. This role oversees all aspects of project execution, including planning, documentation, communication, and risk management, to ensure timely delivery and alignment with client expectations and organizational standards.

• Monitor project milestones and task completion, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to position Knowtion Health as a trusted partner.
• Track program success against booking estimates and report on key performance indicators.

What you bring:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years working for a healthcare or revenue cycle organization
• 3+ years in client-facing, technology-driven implementation or project management roles.
