Bamboo Health is seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to bridge clinical, operational, and tech workstreams across provider and payor organizations. You will own end-to-end delivery from scoping to go-live and stabilization, consulting with customers on workflow design to drive results and shorten timelines.

You will manage a portfolio of implementations, balancing risks and stakeholder needs while scaling best practices across the organization.

Formación

• Experience leading complex healthcare implementations or partnerships.
• Ability to design workflows with clinical and operational teams.
• Strong communication across diverse stakeholder groups.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end implementation lifecycle for provider/payor partners.
• Serve as primary contact for external partners.
• Collaborate with IT and data teams to enable integrations with EHRs and analytics tools.
• Drive time-to-value and post-launch stabilization.
• Mentor junior PMs and contribute implementation best practices.
