Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Customer Success & Implementation Manager based in the United States. You will lead customers through implementations and platform migrations, aligning technology with business goals to drive measurable value.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product, Support, and other teams to remove roadblocks, establish scalable CS processes, and ensure successful outcomes across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Customer Success or related roles.
• Experience leading software implementations from kickoff to launch.
• Ability to plan, track milestones, dependencies, and risks.
• Experience with executive business reviews and stakeholder communications.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and change management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead customers through implementations and migrations from kickoff to launch.
• Develop implementation plans, timelines, milestones, and risk mitigation.
• Facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, status meetings, and executive updates.
• Guide onboarding, training, and adoption for sustained platform engagement.
• Build trusted relationships and act as a strategic advisor throughout lifecycle.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver successful customer outcomes.
