Job summary

Hyland is seeking an Account Executive – Healthcare to drive enterprise revenue growth by developing strategic relationships with healthcare providers and partners. You will identify opportunities, forecast accurately, and tailor solutions for complex healthcare IT needs.

As a remote, US-based role, you’ll collaborate with sales engineers, manage RFPs, and guide deals to close while maintaining CRM data integrity and contributing to Hyland's healthcare strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Sales, or related field.
• Proven track record in enterprise healthcare technology sales.
• Experience selling to health systems, hospitals, or payers at executive level.
• Familiar with HIPAA and healthcare IT ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet or exceed quota in healthcare.
• Proactively engage healthcare executives to build trust and expand relationships.
• Forecast accurately and refine account management strategies.
• Collaborate with sales solution engineers to deliver tailored demonstrations.
• Record all account information in CRM and manage opportunities and visits.
• Assess RFP viability and lead negotiations to close deals on forecast.
