ALKEME Insurance seeks a New Enrollments Specialist to connect with consumers, assess their coverage needs, and guide them through enrollment in Health Connect Insurance. The role focuses on building relationships, managing a sales pipeline, and meeting personal and team goals.

Compensation includes a $30,000 base salary plus commissions and bonuses, with first-year earnings potential of $150,000 or more. Benefits include a 401(k), health insurance, paid time off, and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Active Life and Health insurance license required before starting the position
• Sales experience in inside, outside, retail, or telemarketing preferred
• Track record of meeting sales goals or quotas preferred

Responsabilités

• Connect with consumers by phone, email, and other channels to enroll in healthcare coverage.
• Explain plan options and guide clients from initial conversation through enrollment; build lasting relationships with timely follow-up.
• Manage provided leads, maintain a pipeline, track activity, and work toward individual and team production goals; close new business.
