Responsibilities

• Conduct sales consultations by phone and video with prospective patients.
• Understand health concerns, goals, questions, and readiness to enroll.
• Explain programs, services, pricing and payment options clearly.
• Address objections and confidently ask for enrollment.
• Follow up with prospects needing more time or information.
• Maintain accurate contact, deal and follow-up records in HubSpot.
• Coordinate a smooth handoff to clinical and administrative teams.
• Meet sales, conversion, responsiveness and documentation targets.
• Identify questions that require a clinician and route appropriately.
