Job summary

Health Connect Insurance (HCI) is seeking a New Enrollments Specialist to identify and enroll consumers in healthcare plans. The role focuses on client relationships, needs assessment, and guiding enrollment with provided leads and administrative support.

The position supports remote work or on-site at The Hive in Sandy, UT, with a base salary plus commissions and bonuses, offering significant earning potential through performance.

Qualifications

• Active Life and Health insurance license required before starting the position.
• Sales experience in inside, outside, retail, or telemarketing preferred.
• Track record of meeting sales goals or quotas preferred.

Responsibilities

• Consumer engagement and enrollment from initial contact through completed enrollment.
• Manage provided leads and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
• Track sales activity and follow up to meet individual and team goals.
• Coordinate with administrative team to support enrollment processing.
• Participate in ongoing training to strengthen product knowledge and sales skills.
