Carenet Health is seeking an Engagement Specialist to work remotely from home in the United States. You will reach out to health plan members, guide them toward scheduling care assessments, and encourage them to take the next step.

Some calls are quick, others require empathy and active listening as you help customers navigate healthcare options. You’ll be the reason someone gets the care they deserve, delivering warm, patient-centered support every day.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Spanish-speaking ability is a plus.
• Ability to read, write and comprehend instructions and correspondence.
• Comfortable navigating multiple programs and dual screens.

Responsabilidades

• Provides exceptional customer service and engagement via telephone.
• Outreach to health plan members and assist with healthcare-related questions.
• Guide members toward scheduling care assessments and follow-up as needed.
• Respond to needs of a 24/7/365 operation as required.
• Identify customer needs and verify eligibility of services.
• Meet and support service, sales and business objectives by performance standards.
• Communicate effectively with callers from diverse backgrounds.
• Demonstrate strong listening and documentation skills.
